  • 6 ounces deli sliced ham
  • 5 ounces deli sliced pepperoni
  • 5 ounces deli sliced hard salami
  • 4 slices swiss cheese
  • ¼ cup sliced banana peppers
  • 1 medium tomato sliced thin
  • ¼ teaspoon basil
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon white or red wine vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 ½ cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 2 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • ¼ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

  2. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  3. Layer the ham, then the salami and finally the pepperoni in the bottom of a well greased 9x13 baking dish.
  4. Top the meat with the banana peppers and then tomato slices.
  5. Sprinkle the basil over the mixture.
  6. Whisk together the olive oil and vinegar in a bowl and pour over the mixture.
  7. Top with 6 slices of swiss cheese and salt and pepper to taste.
  8. In a microwave safe bowl, heat the mozzarella and cream cheese for 30 second intervals until completely melted and well combined.
  9. Place the cheese mixture into a mixing bowl and blend on high with the egg, almond flour, garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
  10. Wet your hands slightly, and spread the dough mixture over the top of the casserole in a thin layer.
  11. Bake for 30 minutes or until cooked through and lightly browned on top.
