Sub Sandwich Casserole

Ingredients
- 6 ounces deli sliced ham
- 5 ounces deli sliced pepperoni
- 5 ounces deli sliced hard salami
- 4 slices swiss cheese
- ¼ cup sliced banana peppers
- 1 medium tomato sliced thin
- ¼ teaspoon basil
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon white or red wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 ½ cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
- 2 ounces cream cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup almond flour
- ¼ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Layer the ham, then the salami and finally the pepperoni in the bottom of a well greased 9x13 baking dish.
- Top the meat with the banana peppers and then tomato slices.
- Sprinkle the basil over the mixture.
- Whisk together the olive oil and vinegar in a bowl and pour over the mixture.
- Top with 6 slices of swiss cheese and salt and pepper to taste.
- In a microwave safe bowl, heat the mozzarella and cream cheese for 30 second intervals until completely melted and well combined.
- Place the cheese mixture into a mixing bowl and blend on high with the egg, almond flour, garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
- Wet your hands slightly, and spread the dough mixture over the top of the casserole in a thin layer.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until cooked through and lightly browned on top.
