Spinach and Cheddar Quiche

Ingredients
- 7 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons butter, unsalted
- Pinch of nutmeg
- 4 cups spinach raw
- 1 ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine the eggs, heavy whipping cream, nutmeg and salt and pepper to taste in a mixing bowl, and whisk until foamy.
- Add 1 cup of the shredded cheese to the mixing bowl, and stir to combine.
- Heat the butter in an oven-proof skillet over medium heat on the stove.
- Add the garlic and saute for 30 seconds.
- Place the spinach in the skillet, and saute until wilted.
- Pour the egg mixture into the skillet, and top with the remaining ½ cup of cheese.
- Place the skillet into the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked through.
