Garlic Parmesan Asparagus

Ingredients

  • 1 lb asparagus spears, rinsed
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Cut woody ends off asparagus and place on a baking sheet.
  3. Mince garlic and combine in a bowl with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread onto asparagus.
  5. Add shredded parmesan cheese over the asparagus.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until asparagus are fork tender and the parmesan cheese is lightly browned.
