  • 1 ½ pounds chicken breast tenderloins
  • 3 tablespoons low carb jar pesto sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 12 ounces fresh green beans with the ends trimmed
  • 12 Cherry tomatoes
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and line the baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine the green beans and cherry tomatoes.
  3. Mix together the butter and garlic, and pour over the vegetables. Toss to combine.
  4. Season the vegetables with salt and pepper to taste, and spread out on prepared baking sheet.
  5. Coat the chicken tenderloins well with the basil sauce, and place onto the baking sheet with the vegetables.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
